How I work with AI

I used to need a whole team to try out an idea. Now I plan the work, hand it to a crew of AI agents, and spend my own time on what they can't do: deciding what matters and checking what they build. Same QA instincts, much bigger reach.

  1. 01 I set the direction Goal, plan and guardrails, written down so the agents can follow them.
  2. 02 Agents do the legwork Specialised subagents with tools (MCP) and reusable skills, often several in parallel.
  3. 03 I review and ship Tests, code review and the final call on quality. That part stays mine.
Agent design

A team of 11 AI specialists

astro-agents is my Claude Code plugin with eleven subagents for astronomy research, from literature search to paper drafts, with its own referee that checks the results. I distribute it through my own plugin marketplace.

Product, built solo

A public data portal

Polska Lokalna shows official statistics for every Polish municipality: maps, comparisons and a data explorer. I built all of it on my own, from the data pipeline to deployment.

A segmented network and server stack automated with about 20 Ansible roles, plus CI/CD and monitoring with alerts. Built and maintained together with Claude Code.
